KI'S
RICHARD E. RUDOLPH JR. PRESCHOOL provides quality early childhood
education, both Judaic and secular, with creative programs for children
from age 18 months to five years old. Extended care is also available.
Facilitating a close and supportive community and embracing Jewish
traditions and values, the school brings the family together to share in
the Jewish education of children. Our Preschool program promotes
positive self-esteem and emotional, social and cognitive development in
a safe, respectful environment. Caring teachers, a strong curriculum and
the involvement of the rabbis in a program combine to make this special
preschool a safe and happy place for young children to grow.
KI preschool offers a flexible choice of hours
and days to meet the needs of our families. Our children are nurtured
and cared for by our dedicated and committed professional teaching
staff. Large classrooms allow children to be part of an experiential
learning environment. One that inspires creativity, risk taking, social
interaction but also respects individual learning styles and
differences.
A supportive PTA helps plan fun family events as well as speakers on
parenting and other topics. Havurah programs, family education evenings,
book fairs, Tot Shabbat dinners are a sampling of the activities that
take place within our community. Parents are invited from day one to be
a part of their child's Preschool experience through family-oriented
activities, educational opportunities and advisory groups.
The preschool committee is the governing body of
the preschool and works to uphold its mission as well as the high
standards people have come to expect. The Rabbinic staff works closely
with the Preschool Director to welcome parents into the synagogue and
its events.
At
KI's Preschool you'll find:

environment designed to encourage exploration and interaction. They also
learn how to cooperate and become more independent.

skills are stressed and learning is so much fun! Through science, art,
drama and more the kids have fun, fun, FUN!
4/5's class- Learning through play, music, art and various hands

everything from dinosaurs to cooking up some fun recipes.
The Preschool is growing inside and out. We are planning on
continuing learning in our outdoor classroom environment. We have an
amazing professional staff that is extremely loving and nurturing. Our
curriculum meets all the standards of a developmentally appropriate
program and allows each child to learn physically, socially and
cognitively while having lots of fun! Families are encouraged to be part
of this wonderful experience in their children’s lives through family
