DESCRIPTION OF THE EXHIBITION:

This exhibition consisted of the objects drawn from the 800 treasures that, then, made up the permanent collection of the Temple Judea Museum. Along with these objects were others loaned by private collectors: Ceremonial fabric artist, Elsa Wachs, and the Leon J. and Julia S. Obermayer Collection of Congregation Rodeph Shalom. These ceremonial and folk treasures were joined with original art work by Esta Cassway and Mordechai Rosenstein and with family photographs collected from congregants and friends of the museum, that especially conveyed the joys of the Jewish life cycle.
