Linda Nesvisky will elaborate on works in the Barnes collection along with works of art you will never see at the Museum. Linda Nesvisky received her BFA from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also did post graduate studies in art history. She studied studio art at Carnegie Mellon University, and at  Bezalel Academy of Fine Art in Jerusalem, studying with Ruth Kaiser, a student of Paul Klee. She studied printmaking both in Canada and Scotland. Juried shows include The Boston Printmakers, Harrisburg State of the Arts, and Arthur Ross Gallery at the University of Pennsylvania. She has exhibited regularly, acquiring many awards, including acquisition prizes from the Ben Shahn Gallery at Paterson University and Temple Judea Museum in Elkins Park. She also has awards from exhibitions at the Haifa Museum of Art in Israel and the Miniature Print Exhibition in Seoul, Korea.  Her Book of Job monoprints are in the permanent collection of the Skirball Museum in Cincinnati. She was a member of the Israeli Artists Association and the Muse Gallery in Philadelphia. Her photograph credits include publication in The New York Times, The Jerusalem Report and the Jerusalem Post. In addition to being an exhibiting and prize- winning artist, Linda was a tour guide, both in Israel, and in Philadelphia
