My name is Avi Zion Gershman my Bar Mitzvah is June 11. Over the years, I have been involved with assisting the HaMotzi Dinners, packaging and distributing, and by composting items that could not be given to our community. This year, my family and I are going to build a compost bin at the synagogue to help with the soil and to eliminate waste in landfills. I attend Sandy Run Middle School, I enjoy going to the gym, being active, riding my bike, going to the Jersey shore, and traveling with my family. My older siblings are Jordan and Jules and my parents are Andy and Eric Gershman.
